Work / Sicilia Ufficio
A faster site,a marketing engine behind it.
A static website rebuilt for performance, with Pulse and ReachOut analytics behind it to run SEO, AI visibility, personalised newsletters and daily-optimised campaigns.

The company
Sicilia Ufficio has supported printers, label makers, print centres and offices in Sicily and Calabria since 1988, from its headquarters and showroom in Catania. It sells, demonstrates and services printing technology from partners such as Konica Minolta and HP: production printing, label printing and finishing, large format, and document management.
The project
The brief was to turn the website from a brochure into the centre of the company’s marketing: fast to load, easy to find, and connected to the campaigns, newsletters and ads that bring buyers to it. We rebuilt the site as a static website and put Pulse and ReachOut analytics underneath it, so that every channel is measured against the enquiries it produces.
What we did
Static website rebuild
The site is generated as static pages and served from the edge, with no application server in the request path. Pages load fast on mobile, where a regional B2B audience does much of its searching, and every page is indexable from the first byte.
Pulse as the marketing backbone
Contacts, segments, campaigns, assets and landing pages live in Pulse. ReachOut analytics records first-party page views and events, so the team sees which solution pages, promotions and events lead to a conversation with a specialist.
Automated SEO content strategy
Google Search Console and Ahrefs are monitored continuously. Impressions, positions, new queries and competitor movements feed a content plan that proposes what to write, update or consolidate. The team decides; the monitoring keeps the plan current.
Visibility in AI answers
Pages are structured and described so that AI assistants can read and cite them, and mentions in AI answers are tracked alongside classic rankings, so the company shows up where buyers increasingly ask first.
Personalised newsletters
Promotions such as the HP Latex campaign go out as personalised email newsletters from Pulse, segmented by sector and interest, with every link tracked back to the landing page.
Advertising optimised daily
Google, Facebook and LinkedIn campaigns point at the same landing pages. Spend, creative and audiences are reviewed every day against first-party conversions rather than platform-reported clicks, and adjusted continuously.
Pulse at the centre
Pulse holds the customer lists, campaign segments, assets and landing-page content. ReachOut analytics ties page views, newsletter clicks and ad traffic to the enquiries that follow, so one view shows which channel earned which conversation.
ReachOut Pulse is the central data platform we build and run for our clients: first-party web analytics, contacts and segments, email campaigns, automations, assets and content in one organisation-scoped place. People use it in the Studio, systems use it through a REST API, and AI agents use it through an MCP server, with people approving the calls that matter.
AI in the workflow
AI works in three places. The SEO content strategy is maintained by monitoring Search Console and Ahrefs and proposing updates. Mentions in AI assistants are tracked and the site is kept easy for them to cite. Campaign optimisation runs on daily monitoring of the three ad platforms. People approve the plan, the copy and the budget.
Outcomes
What changed.
Based on the scope of the engagement. Traffic and campaign figures are confidential to Sicilia Ufficio and are not published here.
A site that loads fast everywhere
Static pages served from the edge, measured on every release rather than assumed.
One view of marketing
SEO, newsletters and ads are measured against the same first-party conversions in Pulse, not three separate dashboards.
A content plan that stays current
Search Console, Ahrefs and AI-mention monitoring keep the strategy up to date without manual research rounds.
